


Hanneke is an award-winning writer, director, script editor and photographer. In 2018 she was named one of the 25 Screenwriters to watch by Movie Maker Magazine and the Austin Film Festival. Her second feature film Meerkat Moonship premiered at the Austin Film Festival and won the FIPRESCI critics prize at the Schlingel Film Festival in Germany. The film won multiple awards and was invited to screen at over 25 international film festivals. Her second short film Saving Norman starred Willem Dafoe in the lead and was produced by Dana Brunetti and Kevin Spacey.
When she's not making films she's taking photos of dogs and food.
